Senior Project Manager – ERP Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, from the initial phase through to deployment and post-launch support.

• Ensure the successful execution of intricate, large-scale enterprise programs, making certain that projects are delivered on schedule, within defined scope, and within budget constraints.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on assistance to project teams, promoting accountability and a culture of high performance.

• Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, establishing strong relationships through effective communication, transparency, and proactive resolution of issues.

• Manage project governance, encompassing planning, risk assessment, resource distribution, budgeting, and reporting activities.

• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices, contributing to ongoing enhancements within the function.

• Collaborate across departments to facilitate seamless delivery and maintain a unified "One Team" experience for customers.

• Proactively identify risks and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies to sustain project momentum.

• Mentor and assist other project managers when appropriate, fostering a vibrant, collaborative, and supportive PMO culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering multiple ERP implementations (essential).

• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to influence, inspire, and align a wide range of stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels, including senior executives.

• High emotional intelligence, adept at managing conflict, establishing trust, and navigating complex client environments.

• Strong organizational and documentation abilities across all facets of project delivery (including plans, RAID logs, and governance).

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset capable of adapting to fast-paced and evolving environments.

• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on project delivery.

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering complex ERP implementation projects.

• Extensive background in project/program management with a consistent record of successful outcomes.

• Relevant industry experience pertaining to ERP implementations (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, etc.).

• Preferred bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
