
Senior Project Manager – Environmental Remediation, Oil and Gas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the effective execution of intricate environmental projects for clients in the refining, industrial, and related sectors.
• Supervise one or more projects from the planning phase through to execution.
• Provide strategic leadership for projects.
• Manage project risks and uncertainties while developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure financial performance aligns with planned profit margins and maintain project quality.
• Generate client revenues through impeccable project execution and fostering repeat business.
• Complete projects without incurring write-downs or experiencing multiplier erosion.
• Handle complex clients and projects that involve risk-inducing factors.
• Guide staff to minimize exposure to claims.
• Oversee and direct Project Managers across various projects or programs.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor Project Managers.
• BA/BS degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrate an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a motor vehicle records check.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

• Preferred: Over 10 years of environmental consulting experience supporting clients in oil and gas, refining, industrial, or energy sectors.
• Preferred: Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary environmental projects with responsibilities for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Preferred: Strong skills in client relationship management with experience in expanding key accounts and securing repeat business.
• Preferred: Experience in leading project teams, mentoring project managers, and overseeing project risks, contracts, and financial outcomes.
• Preferred: Professional certification or registration such as PG, PE, CHMM, PMP, or a related credential.
