Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing extensive Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and transformation initiatives from the planning stage through to go-live and stabilization.

• Administering critical workstreams such as data migration, system integrations, testing, cutover planning, risk management, and change management.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams, and system integrators to enhance project execution and deliver business value.

• Facilitating Agile planning processes, which include release planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance.

• Leading issue resolution, decision-making, and risk mitigation across various cross-functional teams.

• Ensuring the successful completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment tasks.

• Delivering executive-level project communication, status updates, and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Utilizing AI and automation technologies to enhance delivery execution and refine business processes.

• Assisting in global standardization initiatives and aiding in the establishment of scalable enterprise solutions for the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience managing enterprise application implementation projects (such as Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications.

• Robust experience with integrations, data migration, and release management.

• Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on Agile methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with AI and Automation solutions (including Generative AI, Agentic AI, RPA) and their application within Oracle environments is highly advantageous.

• Experience with the Kaizen process is considered a plus.

• PMP or SAFe agile certification is strongly preferred.
