Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Leading large-scale implementation and transformation projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP from the planning phase to go-live and stabilization.

• Overseeing critical workstreams such as data migration, system integrations, testing, cutover planning, risk management, and change management.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams, and system integrators to enhance project execution and deliver business value.

• Facilitating Agile planning processes, including release planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance.

• Driving the resolution of issues, decision-making, and risk mitigation across various cross-functional teams.

• Ensuring the successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

• Providing project communication at the executive level, status reporting, and stakeholder management.

• Utilizing AI and automation technologies to enhance delivery execution and improve business processes.

• Supporting global standardization initiatives and contributing to the establishment of scalable enterprise solutions for the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience managing enterprise application implementation projects (such as Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).

• More than 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications.

• Strong background in integrations, data migration, and release management.

• Expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on Agile methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
