Senior Project Manager – Early Phase

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is accountable for the comprehensive coordination and administration of clinical trials, overseeing all phases from initiation to closeout activities.

• Manages the technical, financial, and operational elements of projects to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.

• Collaborates with key functional area leaders to identify and assess critical issues related to the project, analyze data on complex matters, make informed business decisions, and guarantee the implementation of solutions.

• Strives to ensure that all project outputs align with the customer's expectations regarding time, quality, and cost.

• Supports business development efforts during the awards process by participating in sponsor visits and bid defense meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-7 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO environment.

• Proven experience managing Phase I and II studies is essential for this position.

• A university or college degree in Life Sciences is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
