Senior Project Manager – Doors, Frames, Hardware

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, providing overall direction and guidance.

• Define project goals, deliverables, and policies.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

• Track project progress and financial performance.

• Create precise and comprehensive submittals and change order proposals.

• Foster communication and collaboration with estimating teams, detailers, customers, and vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• DHI Certifications.

• Expertise in Comsense Opening Suite or comparable industry software.

• Proficient in manufacturer order writing systems including Assa Abloy (Extranet/CRC Dash), Curries (COW/Edge), Allegion (360 Portal), dormakaba, Masonite (DoorBuilder/DoorBuilder LIVE), VT (VT Online), and Total Door (Doorbuilder).

• Over 7 years of experience in DFH distribution as a Project Manager, including Detailing experience.

• Strong strategic approach and proactive engagement to efficiently navigate project ordering; holds team members accountable.

• Capable of stepping in for operations teams when necessary.

• Extensive knowledge of ISEC products, services, processes, and projects.

• Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in anticipating and addressing issues.

• Contribute to the development and mentoring of Project Managers, Detailers, and Project Coordinators; may oversee multiple direct reports.
