Senior Project Manager – Digital Marketing, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of complete project execution, guaranteeing that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with the defined scope.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and the allocation of resources.

• Facilitate and promote collaboration among various cross-functional teams, including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production.

• Track project budgets, hours worked, and resource utilization in relation to Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Proactively recognize risks, obstacles, and changes in scope, and implement resolutions to maintain project momentum.

• Foster communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

• Handle multiple client projects concurrently in a dynamic agency setting.

• Enhance operational processes, workflows, and project management methodologies to boost efficiency and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Experience in an agency setting is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns.

• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production.

• Outstanding capability to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope.

• Practical experience with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1–C2) is required.
