Senior Project Manager – Digital Marketing, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of project execution from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the defined scope.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and allocation of resources.

• Facilitate and promote collaboration across diverse teams, including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production.

• Track project budgets, hours, and resource usage in relation to Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Actively identify potential risks, obstacles, and changes in scope, and drive solutions to maintain project momentum.

• Ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to achieve alignment and successful outcomes.

• Handle multiple client projects at the same time in a dynamic agency setting.

• Enhance operational processes, workflows, and project management methodologies to boost efficiency and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Prior experience in an agency setting is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns.

• Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production.

• Excellent capability to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope.

• Practical experience with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com, or comparable platforms.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1–C2) is mandatory.
