Senior Project Manager – Digital Marketing, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of project execution from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget and according to the defined scope.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production.

• Track project budgets, hours, and resource utilization in relation to Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Identify risks, obstacles, and changes in scope proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

• Ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to maintain alignment and achieve successful outcomes.

• Oversee multiple client projects concurrently in a dynamic agency setting.

• Enhance operational processes, workflows, and project management practices to boost efficiency and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Previous experience in an agency setting is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns.

• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production.

• Excellent capability to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope effectively.

• Practical experience with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is essential.
