Senior Project Manager – Digital Marketing, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of project execution from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with project scope.

• Create and oversee project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource management.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production.

• Track project budgets, hours, and resource utilization in accordance with Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Proactively detect risks, obstacles, and scope modifications, and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.

• Foster communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to guarantee alignment and successful project delivery.

• Simultaneously manage multiple client projects in a dynamic agency setting.

• Enhance operational processes, workflows, and project management methodologies to boost efficiency and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Experience in an agency setting is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising initiatives.

• Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production.

• Proven skill in managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope effectively.

• Practical experience with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1–C2) is essential.
