Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Predictability & Delivery Governance Own the Forecast: You will be accountable for ensuring the realism of our deadlines.

• Jira as Source of Truth: Uphold impeccable standards in project management tools.

• Requirement Grooming Bridge the Gap: Facilitate the team in translating the CPO's overarching vision into precise, actionable User Stories.

• Gatekeeping: Confirm that no task enters a sprint without being deemed "Ready for Development."

• Team Dynamics & Facilitation The Buffer: Serve as a constructive liaison among team members.

• Operational Discipline: Encourage the team to adhere to tracking and documentation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT Project/Delivery Management within Fintech or regulated sectors.

• Technical Savvy: A background in QA, Analysis, or Engineering is highly desirable.

• Assertive Mindset: The capability to decline raw requirements and reject incomplete estimates.

• Pragmatic Agile: Proven experience modifying frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) for small, agile teams.

• Languages: Proficient in both English and Russian (mandatory).
