Senior Project Manager – Data Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct significant security installation projects, encompassing strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery.

• Formulate and execute project strategies that align with the objectives of the company and the needs of clients.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams comprising project managers, engineers, and contractors.

• Cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and upper management; address issues and offer solutions.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to guarantee completion within defined scope and financial goals.

• Identify potential project risks and create contingency plans to mitigate them.

• Assess and review project performance, recommending enhancements and best practices.

• Collaborate with Minuteman’s sales, management, and operations teams to effectively serve customers.

• Execute other job-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is acceptable.

• Over 7 years of experience in project management.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, strategic planning, and risk management.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• PMP or relevant advanced certification such as PgMP or MSP is preferred.

• Extensive background in security systems or related technology sectors is preferred.

• Experience with high-profile or mission-critical installations is preferred.

• A positive attitude, creativity, and a sense of humor.
