This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of strategic projects that align with the organization's objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize project roadmaps and ensure that initiatives provide measurable value.
• Convert strategic goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of governance frameworks and establish enterprise portfolios.
• Manage multiple complex finance and supply chain projects concurrently, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are achieved.
• Define project scope, objectives, risks, and success criteria.
• Apply best practices, tools, and methodologies for effective project execution.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead initiatives for change management to facilitate organizational transformation.
• Establish methodologies, templates, and controls utilized by project teams to ensure successful delivery across the organization.
• Report directly to the System Director, Finance Strategic Initiatives.
• No direct reports are managed.
• Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• PMP certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in a business environment (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, On-site Operations, I&T).
• At least 1 year of leadership experience is preferred.
