Director, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the planning, development, and implementation of strategic projects that align with the organization's objectives.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize project roadmaps and ensure that initiatives provide measurable value.

• Convert strategic goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Assist in creating and maintaining governance frameworks and establishing enterprise portfolios.

• Manage multiple complex finance and supply chain projects concurrently.

• Determine project scope, objectives, risks, and success metrics.

• Apply best practices, tools, and methodologies for effective project execution.

• Recognize process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.

• Lead change management efforts that support organizational transformation.

• Establish methodologies, templates, and controls for project teams.

• Report directly to the System Director of Finance Strategic Initiatives.

• Do not manage any direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).

• PMP certification is preferred, but not mandatory.

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in a business environment, including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, On-site Operations, or I&T.

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

• Advanced project management expertise.

• Demonstrated capacity to handle ambiguity and changing priorities.
