This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Draft risk management documentation
• Scientifically oversee and direct risk management initiatives, epidemiologic research, and/or registries
• Engage in projects related to epidemiology, registries, and risk management
• Assist in the preparation, design, and composition of REMS, KAB protocols, surveys, reports, abstracts, and other risk management materials
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and epidemiologists
• Participate in internal and client project teams and attend meetings
• Create observational program protocols
• Organize project activities and monitor projects, timelines, tasks, and deliverables
• Liaise with clients and act as the primary point of contact
• Offer insights to Contracts Management regarding scope-of-work and budget adjustments
• Notify Finance about the completion of project deliverables/milestones for invoicing tracking and follow-up
• Formulate project timelines, arrange meetings, and document meeting minutes
• Assist in proposal development, including service descriptions and budget estimates
• Attend client meetings, bid defenses, and pertinent industry conferences
• Present at industry events when applicable
• Collaborate with Statistics, Business Development, Finance, Clinical Operations, and Patient and Physician Services
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, public health, or a related field
• Experience in protocol writing, study design, and operations is advantageous
• Familiarity with clinical trials, drug development, and medical/scientific terminology is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
• Capability to work independently and thrive in a small team setting
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficient computer skills, including word processing and expertise with tables and figures
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and quality-focused
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various health-related and research topics
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends as required to meet critical deadlines
