This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Act as the main point of contact for Government stakeholders.
• Oversee strategic planning and implementation of curriculum development initiatives.
• Manage various simultaneous course development timelines, milestones, resources, and priorities.
• Direct and coordinate the efforts of instructional designers, technical writers, graphic designers, accessibility/QA personnel, and corrections subject matter experts.
• Identify project risks, schedule setbacks, resource challenges, and mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, status updates, and monthly progress reports.
• Provide briefings on course milestones and overall program status to Government stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, schedule adherence, and performance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead a federal curriculum modernization effort, e-learning development, and instructor-led training revision program in support of the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the National Institute of Corrections.
• Must be eligible for or currently hold a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Proven experience in managing teams of at least 5 personnel.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to lead multiple concurrent projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
