This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• The Senior Project Manager position entails guiding cross-functional teams to oversee numerous construction and renovation projects spanning a vast geographic area for clients in enterprise, consumer goods, and/or services sectors.

• You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating with design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are achieved.

• This role necessitates monitoring project financials, adhering to milestone schedules, providing regular status reports, and facilitating ongoing process enhancement initiatives.

• Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Direct management and oversight of multiple projects, including but not limited to renovations, infrastructure development, significant remodels, and new construction with ground-up experience.

• Simultaneously manage various project phases in different locations, from project initiation through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction, and financial closeout.

• Exhibit full accountability for comprehensive project management.

• Lead the entire project team, which includes architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, and client stakeholders.

• Provide weekly updates on project activities to the Team Lead regarding project schedules, potential risks, budget status, and expected cash flow using JLL technology.

• Develop risk management strategies and guide project teams through established work authorization processes to prevent any impacts or incidents in critical environments or with equipment.

• Engage in or lead client decision-making by presenting pertinent data, formal recommendations, and outlining associated risks for client assessment and approval.

• Supervise and prepare precise project documentation for all construction phases, including project charters, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, financial funding requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reports, ensuring timely submission in accordance with predefined formats to pass all project documentation reviews with clients.

• Oversee vendors to guarantee full compliance with all project policies and procedures, including the formal closeout of all projects within 90 days post-completion.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.

• 10-15 years of project management experience encompassing all aspects of design and construction.

• Demonstrated experience in project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications.

• Knowledgeable in architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, as well as construction costs and schedules.
