Senior Project Manager – CNS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is tasked with the comprehensive coordination and oversight of clinical trials from initiation through to closeout activities.

• Oversees the technical, financial, and operational dimensions of projects to ensure the successful completion of clinical trials.

• Collaborates with key functional area leaders to identify and assess critical issues within the project, analyze data on complex topics, make informed business decisions, and ensure the implementation of effective solutions.

• Strives to guarantee that all project deliverables align with the customer's expectations regarding time, quality, and cost.

• The SPM, supported by Project Management Directors and in cooperation with other functional area leaders, is responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables satisfy customer and contractual expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-7 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a Clinical Project Management position within a CRO environment.

• A University/College degree in Life Science is preferred.

• Experience in managing CNS/Neuroscience studies is essential for this position.

• Willingness to travel as required.
