Senior Project Manager – CMS Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Setup and Location: Remote Work | Philippines

• Work Schedule: 9 AM - 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (PH Time)

• You will oversee multiple projects concurrently, from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.

• Plan project delivery in accordance with the project’s commercial terms while utilizing the company’s standardized methodology.

• Form and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects within budget and meet or exceed client expectations.

• Identify, manage, and log Risks, Issues, Actions, Dependencies, and Decisions for projects in a timely fashion.

• Manage project scope in accordance with the commercial terms (e.g., Fixed Price, T&M, etc.).

• Report on project delivery and timelines both internally and to clients.

• Provide clear visibility of project and team performance for both internal and client stakeholders.

• Maintain the release roadmap under the guidance of the Technical Lead.

• Optimize the utilization of the project team.

• Ensure that resourcing is booked and updated in Sitback’s traffic management system.

• Apply Sitback Methodology standards to project delivery and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to define and document Sitback Methodology standards for project execution.

• Offer mentorship and guidance to other members of the Delivery team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience successfully implementing web development projects in dynamic and complex environments using agile and blended methodologies for a Digital Agency or Professional Services organization.

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile and Traditional SDLC, along with the ability to blend them to customize delivery for individual project needs.

• Proficient knowledge of CMS Platforms, ideally including Sitecore, Umbraco, Drupal, and WordPress.

• Experience in facilitating team planning and estimation.

• Solid understanding of traditional project management artifacts (schedules, RAID logs, etc.) and how they complement agile tools.

• Familiarity with T&M and Fixed Price budgets, with proven experience managing budgets of up to $1M.
