This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Deliver consulting services for Sia/LBG’s clients by providing strategic oversight to ensure project milestones are aligned with daily operations.
• Oversee the content, quality, and dissemination of project management outputs (such as reports and dashboards) and routine updates (including schedule, budget, and risk), typically acting as the final reviewer.
• Build strong relationships with leadership and project functional teams at all levels.
• Act as the project spokesperson and facilitate communication with all internal and external stakeholders through meetings and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including CMC, Medical Affairs/Clinical, Nonclinical, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and Contracts Management) to ensure project activities align with scheduled timelines, approved scope, and budget.
• Oversee project financials, including vendor invoice review and approval, budget creation, actuals tracking, maintaining a time-phased financial forecast, and preparing financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively manage strategic risks and issues by providing expertise in the identification and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Promote and exemplify excellent teamwork by effectively navigating within multidisciplinary teams.
• Balance project demands to adjust Budget, Quality, Timeline, and Scope as necessary.
• Lead product development meetings, ensuring that all Project Leaders and/or subteam leaders receive the information and support required to execute the project.
• Prioritize customer service with agility and clear communication.
• Comply with Sia/LBG quality standards for client deliverables.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in project management.
• A BS, MS, or PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Experience collaborating with CDMOs to assist with outsourced development and manufacturing operations, including oversight of deliverables and timelines.
• Capability to engage in technical and scientific discussions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and achieve alignment across diverse technical and leadership teams.
• Proficiency in Planisware and understanding of principles to plan, manage, and track multiple concurrent projects within a complex, matrixed environment.
• Fluent and articulate in English, both written and spoken.
