Senior Project Manager, Clinical PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate clinical programs within regulatory, clinical, and technical frameworks that align with business goals.

• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Global Supply, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Define, manage, and take ownership of project scope in partnership with stakeholders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project Gantt charts.

• Evaluate critical paths, workstreams, and milestones throughout the execution and delivery phases.

• Formulate and implement communication management strategies.

• Establish project risk management plans and track the effectiveness of risk response strategies.

• Develop, oversee, and project program budgets while promoting cost efficiencies.

• Contribute to the growth of the PMO by standardizing best practices in project and program management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in project management.

• Demonstrated project management skills; experience in clinical study project management is advantageous.

• Capability to lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams effectively.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with global, cross-cultural stakeholders and team members.

• Proficient in program management software such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
