This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Gather, validate, analyze, and report on operational, clinical operations, provider network, utilization, and performance metrics across various contracts and initiatives.
• Extract and compile data from multiple systems and sources for regular monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting.
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools.
• Convert business requirements into reporting solutions and present analytical insights in a format ready for decision-making.
• Offer analytical support for Military OneSource Task Order 6, encompassing counseling operations, provider network performance, utilization trends, and service delivery reporting.
• Track counseling volume, provider demand, network capacity, onboarding progress, readiness status, and access/performance indicators.
• Assist in measuring performance against contractual service levels, appointment availability, and timeliness standards.
• Support NAVAHCS and rural healthcare initiatives through regular reporting, operational analysis, and ad hoc analytics.
• Observe utilization, outreach performance, access trends, service gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Provide reporting assistance for special initiatives, pilots, and growth opportunities.
• Examine case review findings, documentation compliance, audit outcomes, participant feedback, and provider performance trends.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy, conduct quality assurance checks, investigate discrepancies, and document reporting logic and data definitions.
• Identify recurring issues and propose corrective actions or process enhancements.
• Prepare data and materials for Monthly Status Reports, leadership briefings, customer deliverables, and government reporting requests.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Provider Network, Quality, Credentialing, Finance, IT, Business Intelligence, and other teams.
• Assist in user acceptance testing, report enhancements, and training related to reporting tools or client-facing applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• More than 4 years of experience in data analysis, operational reporting, healthcare analytics, government contracting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Proficient in querying, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to translate complex data into actionable operational insights.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting Federal healthcare, human services, behavioral health, or rural health programs is preferred.
• Experience in contract reporting, SLA monitoring, and performance management is preferred.
• Knowledge of provider network operations, quality assurance, credentialing, or case management workflows is preferred.
• Experience with operational dashboards, recurring report production, and government or customer-facing deliverables is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across program, operational, technical, and financial teams is preferred.
