This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor staffing and coverage metrics to achieve a goal of zero canceled groups and identify gaps for clinical leadership.
• Assist in the creation of caseload and hiring guidelines across various states.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Recruitment team to address clinical recruiting needs.
• Maintain and revise job descriptions for telehealth roles on the clinical side.
• Organize onboarding logistics and ensure that telehealth equipment and system access are prepared.
• Design and execute standardized training programs for clinicians.
• Track onboarding milestones and facilitate transitions to Clinical Supervisors.
• Oversee therapist licensing operations, including renewals, records, and state compliance.
• Assist clinicians with multi-state licensure and manage the license database.
• Create a standardized licensing management process in collaboration with clinical and compliance leadership.
• Coordinate with HR regarding license maintenance and Medicaid credentialing.
• Map the client journey and document current workflows for redesign purposes.
• Aid in refining onboarding, cohorting, and completion processes.
• Help establish client/alumni feedback panels and surveying systems.
• Assist in the collection of outcomes and funnel-tracking data.
• Support management dashboards that reflect staffing, licensing, and program KPIs.
• Act as an operational liaison for supervisors and partners in HR, Compliance, and Business Development.
• Engage in operational build-out projects as the telehealth program expands.
• Ensure implementation of The Joint Commission Standards across the Virtual Care division.
• Manage or assist with telehealth compliance database systems, including training, updates, security, and reporting.
• Develop timelines for survey and audit preparations and hold remote, multi-state personnel accountable.
• Provide updates on compliance and quality initiatives.
• Monitor staff adherence to behavioral health policies and procedures.
• Assist in launching new telehealth locations and states, while researching telehealth regulations.
• Manage compliance-related projects and ensure the timely fulfillment of regulatory obligations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations, program coordination, or HR/credentialing support.
• Experience in multi-state or telehealth settings is advantageous.
• Strong skills in project management.
• Ability to develop processes from the ground up and navigate ambiguous, fast-paced priorities.
• Preferred experience with licensing/credentialing processes and tracking systems.
• Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and workflows, such as IOP, PHP, and care coordination, is beneficial.
• Clinical licensure is not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with systems and technology is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with clinical leadership, HR, Compliance, and Business Development.
• Preferred knowledge of The Joint Commission standards, state telehealth practice regulations, and audit/survey preparation.
• Strong background in compliance or quality-focused roles within behavioral health or telehealth is a significant advantage.
