Senior Project Manager, Capital Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement daily on-site operations for various capital projects.

• Facilitate project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Act as the main point of contact for renovation-related activities.

• Perform regular property inspections and monitor contractor performance.

• Identify and resolve project and property-related issues.

• Ensure adherence to safety measures and maintain the physical integrity of properties.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with scopes of work and contract specifications.

• Lead initial project meetings and conduct final sign-off inspections.

• Ensure that project close-out documents are accurately maintained.

• Prepare and refresh weekly and monthly project status reports.

• Manage invoices and change orders.

• Update construction progress schedules and tracking systems.

• Engage in developing scopes of work, timelines, and planning criteria for redevelopment projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred.

• At least 5 years of project management experience in the seniors housing or multi-family sectors.

• Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of employment, education, and other pertinent credentials is required.

• Some overnight travel may be necessary.
