Senior Project Manager – B2B Online Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for managing our client projects from start to finish, utilizing tools such as Asana for coordination.

• You take charge of our client relationships and drive projects forward on a strategic level.

• You guide our clients from the initial kick-off to reporting, serving as their main point of contact throughout the project.

• You create effective lead-generation strategies and work with your team to implement them successfully.

• You compellingly present your strategies to win clients over to your ideas and concepts.

• You consistently monitor KPIs, timelines, and results, ensuring that projects advance in a measurable manner.

• You facilitate collaboration among internal teams and freelancers, promoting an efficient and equal partnership.

• You actively share your insights with the team and assist other project managers in their professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.

• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms.

• Strong communication skills, sociability, and openness in interactions with clients and team members.

• A reliable and organized approach to planning and managing projects.

• A proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and a willingness to pursue personal development.

• Ability to deeply understand target audience insights and navigate complex IT products.

• A performance-driven attitude and a strong commitment to your responsibilities.

• Proficiency in German at C2 or native level; business level proficiency in English.
