Senior Project Manager – Automotive Warranty and Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Enhance the sales offerings for warranties and services

• Guarantee exceptional operational performance

• Engage in the creation of new service offerings

• Assess and refine current processes and products

• Utilize technology and data to reduce costs while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders

• Establish financial objectives and develop planning frameworks

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to 5 years of pertinent experience in managing automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts

• Completed education in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance, or a similar degree program

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in any additional European languages is advantageous
