Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of large-scale implementation projects in areas including CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation efforts.

• Supervise multiple Agile development teams, proactively addressing delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.

• Take ownership of project financials, which includes budget management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and reporting.

• Collaborate with clients, delivery leadership, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful execution of projects.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote delivery excellence within both hybrid Agile and traditional project environments.

• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining transparent communication with executive stakeholders.

• Encourage collaboration between technical and business teams, aiding in the alignment of delivery teams around common goals and outcomes.

• Generate executive-level reports and effectively communicate project health, status, and forecasts.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the quality, predictability, and client satisfaction of deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of project management experience leading intricate software implementation programs.

• Experience in managing enterprise consulting or implementation projects rather than solely operational or managed-service engagements.

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation strategies.

• Proven experience overseeing project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

• **Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in delivering CPQ implementations (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms).

• Familiarity with CRM, digital commerce, or customer experience transformation programs.

• Background in consulting services or systems integration.

• Experience collaborating with distributed and offshore delivery teams.
