Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.

• Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.

• Manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and costs by employing suitable verification techniques.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and external partners.

• Lead regular project meetings, offering updates and addressing any concerns that arise.

• Identify and alleviate project risks and issues through proactive risk management strategies.

• Possess a robust understanding of cloud-based technologies and their integration into existing IT infrastructures.

• Allocate and oversee project resources efficiently, including team members, vendors, and tools.

• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and change management logs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.

• At least 7-10 years of project management experience, particularly with large-scale enterprise projects.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation through to completion.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
