Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive coordination and management of clinical trials from initiation to closeout activities.

• Oversees the technical, financial, and operational components of the projects.

• Ensure all project deliverables align with the customer’s expectations regarding time, quality, and cost.

• Collaborates with key functional area leaders to identify and assess critical issues within the project.

• Analyzes data on complex matters, makes sound business decisions, and guarantees that solutions are effectively executed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-7 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a Clinical Project Management position within a CRO environment.

• Preferred educational background includes a University/College degree in Life Sciences.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to perform effectively under demanding circumstances.

• Comprehensive knowledge of project management processes, with a solid grasp of how to develop and manage a project budget.

• Proven experience in successfully managing and/or leading multidisciplinary project teams.

• Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software and applications (MS Office).
