This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Oversee the simultaneous delivery of the firm's most intricate client projects.
• Manage integrated project schedules, delivery timelines, governance documents, risks, issues, decisions, changes, stakeholders, and communication strategies.
• Take ownership of engagement budgets, actual expenditures, forecasts, profit margins, commercial cases, resource planning, work-in-progress, and revenue recognition inputs.
• Assess stage-gate readiness and provide recommendations on whether to proceed, proceed conditionally, pause, or escalate.
• Oversee the entire engagement lifecycle from pre-sales transition and mobilization to discovery, design, building, testing, deployment, value realization, and project closure.
• Enforce change control measures, governance protocols, delivery standards, and quality of artifacts.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate delivery, commercial, technical, and client-side risks.
• Produce governance materials that are ready for decision-making and support communication with executive stakeholders.
• Lead recovery efforts and re-baselining for engagements that have experienced schedule delays, margin loss, or diminished client confidence.
• Mentor Project Managers and contribute to the development of delivery standards, templates, onboarding materials, and lessons learned.
• Utilize approved AI tools to draft, summarize, and maintain project documentation while ensuring output validation and client data protection.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and risk-to-account signals while providing delivery expertise for proposals.
• Eight to ten or more years of experience in project delivery within professional services, management consulting, or systems integration.
• Proven track record of owning client-facing engagements.
• Experience managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously and overseeing their financial health.
• Full lifecycle management from pre-sales transition to project close-out.
• Commercial responsibility for budgets, forecast accuracy, margins, work-in-progress, utilization, and revenue recognition inputs.
• Familiarity with directive delivery models, stage-gate governance, change control, and artifact standards.
• Experience in recovering projects that have lost schedule, margin, or client trust, including re-baselining and renegotiating expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions and senior governance facilitation.
• Expertise in quality and risk management covering methodology, confidentiality, contractual obligations, compliance, and engagement risks.
• Ability to mentor Project Managers and evaluate delivery artifacts without direct line-management authority.
• Preferred: Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira and Confluence.
• Preferred: Background in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications in project, program, portfolio, Agile, or Atlassian methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience in pursuit support through estimates, delivery strategies, resource models, and statements of work.
• Preferred: Contributions to practice development through standards, templates, onboarding, enablement, or delivery quality initiatives.
