Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Typically oversees a single project.

• Establishes methods for daily production reporting and reviews critical data.

• Responsible for compiling timekeeping records for management approval and submission.

• Helps facilitate Lean implementation among team members.

• Conducts interviews for Project Manager level positions and makes hiring decisions.

• Engages with clients to provide updates on ongoing projects.

• Addresses project issues at the process level.

• Collaborates with Project Managers (PMs) and Senior Project Managers (SPMs) to ensure all duties are covered within the appropriate process flow.

• Initiates timely changes and updates to the process, ensuring they are communicated and implemented by other team members.

• Gathers and initiates process improvements, eliminating wasteful areas to enhance process flow and promote efficiency while sharing these insights with team members.

• Reviews End of Day (EOD) reporting related to process flow on assigned projects.

• Meets or exceeds all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to the specific process flow of the Senior Program Manager.

• Performs additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• College or university degree.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proficient in online communication.

• Experience in project management.

• Basic knowledge of PowerBI and internet-based platforms.

• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.

• Leadership qualities, including the ability to give and receive feedback, recognize when to delegate, and demonstrate confidence.

• Ability to understand and provide directions while performing time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.

• Organized and focused enough to work independently while functioning as a team player.
