Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversees the execution of medium to large-scale environmental, geotechnical, and materials engineering projects for clients in Power Generation & Transmission (PG&T) and Digital Infrastructure.

• Accountable for ensuring the effective delivery of projects, which includes managing scope, timelines, budgets, safety, quality, and risk, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Directs multi-disciplinary projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.

• Collaborates with clients, National Account Managers, local, regional, and national Terracon professionals, as well as other stakeholders, to establish project scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables.

• Oversees project performance, focusing on schedule and cost management, resource allocation, and resolving issues as they arise.

• Advocates for safety, quality, and risk management in alignment with corporate policies and client expectations.

• Provides mentorship and support to local, regional, and national professionals, including project managers and technical staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Professional registration (PE, PG, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• A valid driver's license with an acceptable violation record.
