Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Creating project plans that outline the necessary actions to achieve project objectives.

• Implementing these plans while tracking progress from initiation to completion.

• Overseeing budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.

• Effectively allocating resources to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Managing the comprehensive implementation and delivery of all aspects as specified in the project plans.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for designated projects.

• Collaborating with key stakeholders across various business areas to assess business needs and identify critical challenges, while also defining opportunities for quick wins when feasible.

• Overseeing the project lifecycle, ensuring efficient scope management and compliance of solutions with business objectives.

• Proficient in demonstrating technology solutions and features to diverse stakeholder groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in project management, ideally with high-impact projects.

• Core project management experience handling internal business projects and application support initiatives.

• Practical experience in Agile SCRUM or Agile Kanban methodologies.

• Exceptional technical and IT skills, including the ability to quickly learn new technologies and showcase our technology solutions to clients.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, management, project management, or a related discipline.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
