• Essential: Proficient in project management.

• Knowledge in telecommunications billing.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Strong background in managing software development projects, ideally within the telecommunications sector.

• Technical knowledge: Acquainted with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), project management software (Jira, Trello), and programming languages (Java, Python, etc.).
