Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Drive strategic, tactical, and operational planning across extensive projects — including tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.

• Develop, implement, and communicate project plans encompassing scope, schedule, staffing, quality, risk, budget, and procurement.

• Identify and mitigate risks, address issues, close resource gaps, and ensure initiatives align with strategic goals.

• Establish processes for intake, grooming, assignment, and management of engineering tasks and tickets.

• Review project financials, track variances, and manage change controls effectively.

• Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews; generate clear notes and follow-up actions.

• Define and consistently enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools.

• Evaluate project performance utilizing relevant systems and techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Project Management experience overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion.

• More than 5 years of experience in agile environments on projects or portfolios.

• Strong practical knowledge of Jira (mandatory) and other project management tools.

• Expertise in project planning, risk management, and change control.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the executive level.

• Capability to motivate, drive, and inspire delivery teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

• Basic SQL skills and familiarity with accounting principles are considered a significant advantage.

• Proficient in professional English (both written and verbal).

• Must reside in Brazil and be available to align with US Pacific business hours.
