Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive delivery of a sophisticated cloud migration program, encompassing aspects such as scope, timeline, budget, risks, quality, and communication with stakeholders.

• Oversee the overall delivery strategy and manage dependencies across various simultaneous workstreams, which include desktop collector, ETL migration, Admin UI rebuild, and Marketplace submission.

• Ensure that Snowflake Marketplace submission activities, certification prerequisites, and key delivery milestones are effectively planned and executed.

• Handle project financials, alterations in scope, risks, and critical delivery decisions throughout the project's duration.

• Serve as the main contact point for client stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Facilitate governance and high-level executive status reviews, offering transparent visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges and inter-team issues.

• Lead distributed, cross-functional teams across engineering, data, QA, and business operations.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Establish effective governance, reporting, and delivery controls to guarantee predictable project outcomes.

• Utilize AI tools and contemporary delivery methodologies to enhance planning, reporting, documentation, risk management, and team efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with AI, data, and engineering teams on projects related to intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions.

• Lead knowledge transfer and transition activities for the planned handover to the client's offshore software team.

• Ensure that documentation, processes, and operational knowledge are organized for long-term sustainability and successful transitions.

• Assist in estimation, solution planning, and proposal activities for prospective cloud, data, and AI-related opportunities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing software delivery, cloud transformation, or enterprise technology programs.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects with multiple parallel workstreams and distributed teams.

• Experience in delivering cloud migration, data platform modernization, or enterprise software initiatives.

• Proven ability in managing project budgets, delivery risks, stakeholder expectations, and fixed-price engagements.

• Strong technical knowledge and the capability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, data specialists, and solution leads.

• Experience in delivering projects utilizing Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior technical and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled delivery practices and modern AI productivity tools.

• Proficiency in English.
