Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead comprehensive project management for intricate, cross-functional initiatives — formulating project plans that encompass budgets, timelines, RACIs, and resource allocations.

• Act as a primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle — delivering updates, addressing issues, and ensuring client satisfaction from initiation to completion.

• Oversee the internal project framework: establish and maintain projects within the PM system, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure all timelines and resources are accurately represented.

• Recognize, communicate, and mitigate project risks — including financial implications — maintaining projects within budget and appropriately escalating any deviations.

• Conduct internal project meetings, including phase kickoffs, status updates, and retrospective evaluations.

• Collaborate with the sales team on project definitions, providing expert insights to accurately outline requirements, timelines, and budgets.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and foster innovation in project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior PM position within a marketing agency setting.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Practical experience in project planning, task management, budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting within an agency environment.

• Proficient in project management tools (Wrike, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms).

• Strong data interpretation skills — capable of analyzing and interpreting project and financial data to guide decision-making.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable leading meetings across teams and organizational hierarchies, both in person and remotely.

• Outstanding organizational capabilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
