This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Spearhead comprehensive project management for intricate, cross-functional initiatives β formulating project plans that encompass budgets, timelines, RACIs, and resource allocations.
β’ Act as a primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle β delivering updates, addressing issues, and ensuring client satisfaction from initiation to completion.
β’ Oversee the internal project framework: establish and maintain projects within the PM system, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure all timelines and resources are accurately represented.
β’ Recognize, communicate, and mitigate project risks β including financial implications β maintaining projects within budget and appropriately escalating any deviations.
β’ Conduct internal project meetings, including phase kickoffs, status updates, and retrospective evaluations.
β’ Collaborate with the sales team on project definitions, providing expert insights to accurately outline requirements, timelines, and budgets.
β’ Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and foster innovation in project delivery.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior PM position within a marketing agency setting.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
β’ Practical experience in project planning, task management, budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting within an agency environment.
β’ Proficient in project management tools (Wrike, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms).
β’ Strong data interpretation skills β capable of analyzing and interpreting project and financial data to guide decision-making.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable leading meetings across teams and organizational hierarchies, both in person and remotely.
β’ Outstanding organizational capabilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
