Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various projects while adhering to scope, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Establish and uphold effective oversight of delivery across the project portfolio.

• Assemble and lead project teams, encouraging collaboration and professional development.

• Choose and modify project management methodologies to align with specific project requirements.

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks.

• Ensure precise project documentation and reporting are maintained for stakeholders.

• Engage closely with clients to manage their expectations and facilitate business growth.

• Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and track project progress.

• Resolve conflicts and foster a culture of high performance within the team.

• Employ project management tools to guarantee transparency and effective progress tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project and/or program management.

• Comprehensive understanding of project, program, and portfolio management principles.

• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and guiding teams.

• Strong skills in risk management, planning, and decision-making.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Microsoft tools).

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to swiftly adapt to changes and effectively manage complexity.

• Advanced understanding of corporate environments and business objectives.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
