Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall delivery of projects and key milestones for SSG initiatives.

• Lead teams of highly skilled engineers located across various regions.

• Ensure effective and transparent communication regarding project status with the project team, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business goals and critical success factors to guarantee timely and successful project completion.

• Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with business partners.

• Define, develop, and uphold the project plan, milestones, agendas, action items list, deliverables, risks, lessons learned, and ensure compliance with company Project Management Standards and best practices in Software Development Lifecycle.

• Create and refine new Project Management standards and tools as necessary.

• Assess business requirements, new system specifications, and vendor solutions while providing informed recommendations.

• Inspire and motivate project team members throughout the lifecycle of the project.

• Navigate a high level of change in a fast-paced, complex, and demanding environment.

• Deliver training in project management and related tools to fellow team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience managing enterprise projects or programs in an IT Applications environment.

• PMP certification or equivalent training in Project Management is highly advantageous.

• Prior experience in establishing a PMO program, including project templates, tools, systems, and processes.

• Familiarity with remote software deployments.

• Experience with cloud-based deployments.

• Background in supporting internal business stakeholders within an enterprise setting.

• Proven experience in delivering projects utilizing Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

• Capability to analyze complex issues and deliver suitable solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for change and effectively communicate the necessity for such changes.
