This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the comprehensive delivery of intricate SaaS implementation projects, encompassing scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, risk registers, communication strategies, and financial forecasts.
• Supervise multiple enterprise-level customer projects concurrently, ensuring effective coordination and organization.
• Guarantee that all deliverables align with contractual obligations, quality benchmarks, and professional services standards.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers throughout the implementation process, effectively setting and managing expectations.
• Facilitate customer workshops, requirements gathering sessions, status reviews, and executive updates.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across various workstreams; manage change requests while maintaining alignment with scope and budget.
• Uphold robust program management practices, including RAID logs, decision tracking, and governance reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical Services, Consulting, Support, and Training teams on solution design, integration planning, and testing readiness.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, burn rate analysis, and revenue/margin protection.
• Assist Sales during pre-sales phases by contributing to scoping, estimating, deployment strategies, and customer presentations.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior project managers or coordinators; contribute to the standardization of implementation methodologies.
• Lead post-implementation evaluations, document lessons learned, and drive ongoing improvements in delivery processes.
• Advocate for delivery excellence, customer value realization, and scalable implementation practices.
• Approximately 25% travel to customer locations, Brightree offices, or industry events within the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in SaaS customer-facing implementations.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale projects, multiple workstreams, and complex customer environments.
• Strong working knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with complex integrations, interfaces, infrastructure components, or third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in regulated industries or healthcare settings.
• Exhibits "drives collaboration" by fostering trust and strong partnerships, promoting open communication and shared accountability.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications.
• Experience with SaaS implementations within healthcare, pharmacy, or post-acute care.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong customer focus and ability to guide customers through transitions.
• Strategic problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Capacity to simplify complexity and communicate clearly.
