Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional projects within Rain’s ecosystem, encompassing product launches, partner integrations, value-added service project planning, and network initiatives.

• Manage integrations with banking partners, payment processors, and strategic collaborators to ensure smooth technical and operational alignment.

• Facilitate coordination among product, business development, operations, compliance, and finance teams to align priorities and keep deliverables on schedule.

• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking systems, and dashboards that enhance visibility for leadership and teams.

• Identify dependencies, proactively highlight risks, and drive solutions to uphold timelines and quality standards.

• Spearhead initiatives associated with Visa and Mastercard programs, network value-added services, and partnership implementations.

• Assist in global expansion projects by ensuring readiness across markets, products, and partners.

• Create scalable frameworks and processes that enable efficient execution and reliable delivery.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of Rain’s project management practices, establishing standards and best practices for future growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects that involve multiple partners, integrations, or global teams.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a talent for fostering accountability among stakeholders.

• Excellent communicator capable of providing clarity and momentum in dynamic environments.

• Strategic yet hands-on, equally adept at planning frameworks and engaging in execution details.

• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday, etc.) and experienced in tracking progress and reporting.

• Thrives in fast-paced, global environments with multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Located in San Juan, PR, with the ability to collaborate across different time zones.
