This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee medium-sized (5–15 countries and/or full service) or large (>15 countries, full service) projects/programs with general supervision.
• Take the lead in ensuring project deliverables meet established quality standards, are completed on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead and direct project teams effectively.
• Supervise smaller (<5 countries and/or limited services) projects/programs and their respective deliverables.
• Serve as the main point of escalation for customers, vendors, project teams, and representatives from other functional areas.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to Regional Project Leads and Project Managers.
• Engage in feasibility studies and research.
• Assist in business development efforts, including proposal creation, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.
• Apply company standard practices and adhere to intradepartmental procedures.
• Advocate for PSI delivery and service principles in interactions with customers.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the clinical research industry.
• At least 4 years of experience in global, project-level clinical project management.
• Proven experience managing all phases of projects from initiation to closure.
• Competence in overseeing all functional services.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Background in managing global projects.
• Preferred experience in gastroenterology.
• Experience in oncology and radiopharmaceuticals is advantageous.
• Must not require work visa sponsorship for current or future employment.
