Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Accountable for the successful delivery of technology projects within set timelines and budget constraints.

• Emphasize delivery excellence by showcasing leadership and fostering trust among clients and team members.

• Manage all administrative functions related to project execution.

• Contribute to the service group by participating in activities aimed at process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in delivering technology infrastructure projects within a client-facing setting.

• Demonstrated ability to complete projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget while achieving client satisfaction.

• Experience in managing Statements of Work (SOW), including overseeing scope, budget, and ensuring deliverable quality.

• Capability to track and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, infrastructure, and application teams.

• Experience in overseeing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships in various environments.

• Strong decision-making and escalation management skills, particularly in high-visibility projects.

• Established ability to cultivate and sustain robust client relationships and trust.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels (both technical and non-technical).

• Experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking.

• Familiarity with time tracking, resource management, and project financial controls.

• Proven experience in delivering infrastructure-focused projects (e.g., network, data center, cloud, security, or digital infrastructure solutions).

• Understanding of enterprise technology environments and integration across various infrastructure domains.

• Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar software).

• PMP or a similar certification is preferred or equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
