• Manage multi-workstream projects from start to finish

• Establish direction by converting client goals into organized plans

• Drive results and client satisfaction with a focus on quick value delivery

• Cultivate the client relationship with assurance and transparency

• Lead cross-functional teams by setting clear workflows

• Take charge of engagement financial aspects

• Develop and refine the engagement roadmap and delivery strategy

• Integrate AI tools into engagement processes

• Offer practical recommendations to clients

• Proactively identify risks and spearhead mitigation strategies

• Assist in drafting proposals, estimates, and scopes

• Extensive experience managing complex digital projects

• Strong aptitude for organizing complexity

• Capability to creatively and constructively address challenges

• Clear and assertive communication abilities

• In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and product development cycles

• Proficiency in incorporating AI into workflows and deliverables

• Experience in guiding teams on responsible AI practices

• Proven track record of recognizing significant opportunities

• Experience in an agency or consultancy setting is preferred
