Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Senior Project Manager is accountable for steering the successful implementation of intricate, enterprise-level ServiceNow projects across various modules and client environments.

• This position encompasses the entire project lifecycle, which includes planning, requirements gathering, design validation, testing, deployment, and support after going live.

• The Senior Project Manager acts as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring that projects are completed punctually, within budget, and in alignment with business goals.

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of ServiceNow implementations, covering ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, SPM, and associated modules.

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Supervise all phases of the project, including discovery, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Ensure that project objectives are met within the approved scope, schedule, and budget.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional delivery.

• Effectively communicate project status, risks, issues, and critical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Manage scope, change requests, dependency tracking, and governance processes.

• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project methodologies, and organizational delivery frameworks.

• Monitor project health, quality metrics, and delivery performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in project or program management.

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations or enterprise ITSM platform initiatives.

• Experience managing client-facing projects in a professional services, consulting, or technology services context.

• Proven success in delivering complex, multi-workstream projects with distributed and cross-functional teams.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• ITIL certification.
