Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of intricate, multi-site telecommunications initiatives (e.g., network expansions, infrastructure deployments).

• Take ownership of project delivery outcomes, encompassing scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

• Ensure accountability for the successful completion of specified project deliverables and customer requirements.

• Facilitate cross-functional execution by coordinating, influencing, and employing structured project management methodologies.

• Create and sustain integrated program plans, milestones, and deliverables across various projects and regions.

• Manage interdependencies among projects and workstreams.

• Guarantee that assigned projects remain aligned with scope, timeline, and budget expectations.

• Prepare and present executive project reviews and status updates, detailing project progress, risks, milestones, and critical decisions.

• Develop and oversee established project budgets.

• Maintain a consolidated register of project risks and issues assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years leading large-scale, complex, multi-site projects or programs (e.g., national or enterprise rollouts).

• Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional delivery within technical, telecommunications, or similar environments.

• Proven ability to lead execution through influence without direct authority over teams.

• Strong financial acumen, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience in presenting to executive and customer stakeholders, including providing formal status updates and project reviews.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
