This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects from their initiation to execution and completion.
• Collaborate with Directors of Operations, Product, Engineering teams, and Operations to define, design, and develop project objectives.
• Establish project governance, including timelines, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement strategies for mitigation and resolution.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Coordinate resources, manage priorities, and ensure alignment among various teams.
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new processes, tools, or programs.
• Monitor project performance, providing regular status reports and insights.
• Seek opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Support the end-to-end process for preparing, elaborating, and following up on business UATs.
• Execute and coordinate UAT test cases, document defects, track issue resolution, and provide stakeholders with status updates.
• Collaborate with technical and business users to collect feedback, validate system changes, and ensure readiness for successful deployment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMI) is preferred.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Over 7 years of experience in project or program management within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Proven history of successfully delivering enterprise-level initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Capable of leading meetings in English with large audiences, including VP-level stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate through ambiguity.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting business systems validation UATs or related QA/business operations activities in a cross-functional setting.
