Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute utility infrastructure projects, encompassing drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.

• Formulate project scopes, timelines, budgets, and proposals.

• Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

• Evaluate project performance, focusing on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards for all project deliverables and documentation.

• Monitor labor utilization, revenue forecasting, billing, and documentation processes.

• Act as the firm’s representative during client meetings, public hearings, and presentations.

• Perform site visits and construction observations as necessary.

• Manage multiple utility infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

• Guide and mentor engineers and project managers, offering technical support and career development assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

• Demonstrated success in managing drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.

• Experience levels required:

• - Project Manager: 7+ years of relevant experience

• - Senior Project Manager: 10+ years of relevant experience

• Proven ability to deliver projects punctually, within budget, and up to quality standards.

• Familiarity with utility design standards, regulations, and construction methodologies.

• Strong communication, leadership, and client management abilities.
