Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives

• Establish and track project parameters, timelines, and financial plans

• Identify risks and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle

• Foster effective communication with all stakeholders involved

• Guarantee quality and client satisfaction across all initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in supplementary pension (private/occupational pension)

• Proficiency in project management software: MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Understanding of both agile and traditional project management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Proven experience in leading technology projects, ideally ERP systems or enterprise solutions

• Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, APIs, and enterprise environments

• Capability to assess and track performance metrics (schedule, cost, scope, quality, and risk)

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and management skills for multidisciplinary teams

• Excellent communication, strategic vision, organizational, and results-oriented abilities
