Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee high-impact security installation projects, focusing on strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery.

• Create and execute project strategies that align with organizational goals and meet client specifications.

• Guide cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to meet project objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and senior management, addressing issues and proposing solutions.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure completion within defined scope and financial limits.

• Recognize and mitigate project risks, formulating contingency plans to tackle potential obstacles.

• Assess and analyze project performance, offering suggestions for enhancements and best practices.

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven history of handling large and complex projects.

• Proficient in project management methodologies, strategic planning, and risk management.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and directing teams.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or advanced certification (e.g., PgMP, MSP) preferred.

• Significant experience in security systems or related technological fields.

• Background in managing high-profile or mission-critical installations.
